At With You Coffee, we ship with care — because every order is meant to be part of a special moment.

Shipping Location

All orders are shipped from Canada and are currently available within Canada and the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping is available on orders of $75 or more.
Orders under $75 are shipped with a flat rate of $9.99.

Shipping rates and order totals are automatically shown in your local currency at checkout before payment is completed.

Local Pick-Up (Ottawa)

We offer free local pick-up in Ottawa every Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Local pick-up is available for online orders only.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order is ready for pick-up.
Please bring your confirmation email when collecting your order.
