At With You Coffee, we want you to enjoy every moment with our products. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Coffee and food items
Due to the nature of our products, coffee and food items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
If your coffee arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
Merchandise (hoodies and apparel)
Merchandise items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

unwashed

in original condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Gift kits
Gift kits are sold as complete sets and are final sale. Individual items from kits cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:

Refunds
Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
